Our 1200 x 1200 mm full perimeter plastic pallet is designed for heavy-duty stacking use. Its 6-runner base can distribute weight evenly and ensure less deflection after long-term stacking. Without steel reinforcement bars, this pallet can achieve a 6000 kg static capacity, ideal for heavy-duty cargo. With a 4-way entry design, you can handle it with a forklift easily, improving efficiency.
Our pallets are equipped with rib-reinforced corners to reduce impact damage, and optional rubber pads are available to improve slip resistance. The open deck design can provide great ventilation and heat dissipation, prevent moisture and dust build-up, and resist mold. Made from high-quality virgin HDPE/ PP; non-toxic, odorless, and food-safe. Our pallets are also durable under sub-zero temperatures and acid environments, compatible with Food & Beverage, Chemical, Cold-logistics, and shipping logistics.
